When we decided to open the coffee shop the choice of the Coffee was the easiest. We wanted the best affordable coffee, and there is nothing better than Illy. Illy, apparently uses an unique method of optical sorting to remove even a single unsuitable bean to ensure top quality. The coffee machines of Illy also ensure that the coffee is created in an optimum environment. Illy is premium priced, but if you calculate the extra amount per cup, the premium that you pay to drink a good coffee is very small.
